Hornet Powerlifters competed in the Goddard Virtual Classic on Saturday, January 25, 2025.

Roman Gage (junior) placed 3rd overall in the Men's Power Division with a three lift total of 1,010 lbs. Gage was top 5 in division in all three lifts; 4th in clean (275 lbs), and 5th in bench press (275 lbs) and squat (460) lbs.

Ethan Dillman (senior) competed along with Gage in the Men's Power Division, placing 4th place in squat (465 lbs), 7th in clean (250 lbs), and 9th overall (900 lbs 3 lift total).

Holden Morris (senior) competed in the Men's 198 lbs Division, placing 5th in bench press (240 lbs), 8th in clean (225 lbs), and 9th overall (795 lbs 3 lift total).

Tanner Johnson, a senior adaptive athlete, bench pressed 95 lbs, good for a 9th place finish in the Men's 123 lbs Division.

Jakob Bryant (sophomore), Miles Massaglia (senior), and Ian Poole (senior) also completed admirably.
