The Hornets started the game strong forcing turnovers and getting out in transition to go up 10-2 midway through the first quarter. Andover Central would claw back into the game to eventually take a 33-28 lead at the half. The Hornets battled to keep the game close in the 3rd quarter and were only down 43-39 going into the final quarter. Andover Central would close the game out with 23 points in the final quarter to end up winning 66-52. The Hornets were led in scoring by Bryson Saner and Austin Saner with 14 points each. Hank Welu chipped in 7 and Colby Newton added 6 points for the Hornets.
