The Hornets battled but came up short against Eisenhower in a close one. The game was back and forth most of the night. After the first quarter the Hornets were leading 14-11. Eisenhower used a strong 2nd quarter to take a 30-26 halftime lead. The Hornets started the 2nd half with a 12-2 run to take a 38-32 lead. Unfortunately, Eisenhower would close the quarter with a run of their own to go up 48-43 heading into the final quarter. The Hornets battled back and were down to a one possession game late in the 4th quarter, but could never regain the lead before losing by a final score of 63-58.
