For the first time this season athletes increased race distances. For this race, and the remainder of the season, 7th grade will run 1.5 miles and 8th grade will run 2 miles.
Runners rose to the occasion Tuesday, even with the rough terrain of a new course in Andover.

The coaches love to see growth in all runners, although their favorite part this season has been the sportsmanship our athletes continue to display. They are cheering on teammates and other competitors from beginning to end each race.
