Last Second Touchdown Secures Victory for 7th Grade Hornets

What a thrilling game it was for the 7th-grade Valley Center Hornets! With 4 seconds remaining in the game, Isaac Duncan found Rowen Wilson for a 60-yard game winning touchdown, making the final score 20-14 and improving the Hornet’s season record to 2 wins and 1 loss. Here's a breakdown of the game:

Offensive Standouts:
Isaac Duncan amassed an impressive 181 passing yards and delivered two critical touchdowns including the game winner.

Rowen Wilson was a double-threat on the field, contributing both as a rusher and receiver. He powered through with a rushing touchdown and added another through a spectacular reception.

Caden Spangler showed his agility and speed as he dashed into the end zone for a crucial rushing touchdown, adding to the Hornets' offensive firepower.

Defensive Heroes:
Lyle Heck led the charge with a remarkable 7.5 tackles. His relentless pursuit of the ball carrier and his ability to read the game made him a standout on the field. Not to mention, he made a game-changing interception, showcasing his ability to turn defense into offense.
