9/27 B Tourney
For 8B, they finally found their stride vs. Derby and played their best match of the season. Girls were
communicating, moving their feet, and playing aggressive. The team ended up placing 6 th on Saturday.
For 7B, they had a busy start with 3 matches back-to-back, 2 of which went to 3 sets. As the day
progressed, the girls started figuring the out and played some really good volleyball. 7 th grade finished 4 th
in the tournament.

For our 8 th grade teams, Lela Kelly had long serving runs in both matches this evening for the B team and
Jocelyn Blackwell did a great job leading her team on the court. Our 7 th grade teams both battled hard
picking up 3 wins vs. Derby North and Goddard.
