Valley Center Middle School hosted the WSL League Cross Country meet on Tuesday, October 10th. This was the first year the League hosted both Division I and Division II together, 13 schools attended.
Valley Center was in Division II with Andover, Andover Central, Goddard Eisenhower, Goddard and Salina Lakewood.
With the League hosting all 13 teams at once, the decision was made to break the races into smaller groups, there were two JV races and four Varsity races. Runners proved successful in all races on a bit windy, but beautiful day.

Valley Center had a first place individual and placed first as a team in all four races. Tylee Coleman, Trevor Russell, Avery Williams and Gavin Enriquez continued their very successful season bringing in 1st place finishes. Many other runners had season best performances which helped lead the team to four team titles.
